Her transition into construction project management has been marked by a strong commitment to preserving design integrity while achieving budgetary and scheduling goals.

Ms. Irving has successfully led projects from concept through completion, including ground-up new construction and large-scale renovations. Her portfolio includes work with prestigious brands and developers, where she has overseen costs, schedules, document control, engineering coordination, and team communication. She is adept at managing MEP coordination, facilitating permitting and TCO processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

She has played a pivotal role in the creative development and execution of retail spaces for renowned luxury brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Milly, and Tishman Speyer. Her expertise spans from conceptual design to project delivery, consistently merging brand identity with spatial innovation.

Kristy recently earned her Master’s degree in Sustainable Environmental Systems from Pratt Institute, broadening her design practice with a deeper understanding of the intersections between sustainability, urban planning, and public art. This advanced study has strengthened her ability to approach design with a holistic perspective, focusing not only on aesthetics and functionality but also on environmental and community impact.

Tyrone Wells

Mr. Wells is a licensed engineer and LEED Accredited Professional with over 15 years of experience in the construction and design industry. He brings a comprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, with a particular focus on building services. Throughout his career, Mr. Wells has been involved in the design and construction of a wide range of MEP projects across various sectors, including residential and commercial developments, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and places of worship.

His expertise extends beyond design to include the management of large-scale construction projects. He is adept at overseeing projects from the schematic design phase through to construction documentation and administration, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance at every stage. Mr. Wells has an in-depth knowledge of construction industry codes, standards, and regulations, which allows him to deliver projects that meet both technical requirements and client expectations with precision and efficiency.
